30 years have past and i still feel your presence
floating around me
my angel of grace and safety
loyal and constant
gentle and comforting
i hear your voice, the way you used to say my name
what you mean to me will never change
my true friend whose love was worn on her sleeve
whose heart will never leave
can’t wait to see your smile
one day we will meet again
and tell each other stories
over cappuccinos and good music
a last memory of you to resume
